Zhu Zhu Pets Hamsters are super HoT for Christmas

Zhu Zhu pet hamsters seem to be the the perfect alternative to real hamsters - but the reality is that they're still just toys. There's nothing like the real thing, but still these manage to be fun, cute, and they act and are able to be played with just like real live hamsters - just without the messy cage and the cost of food! Just pet your hamster, set him down and watch him go! They are electronic and the kids love them. And they don't make a mess or need to see a vet.

Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Num Nums, Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Pipsqueek - Yellow, and Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Mr. Squiggles - Light Brown are the basic staples of the collection.

Zhu Zhu hamsters are a sort of realistic, interactive plush toy. They are artificially intelligent hamsters that squeak and move. The Zhu Zhu Pets come with a nurturing mode where they coo and purr like live hamsters do. In adventure mode, they explore their surroundings and respond to various stimulating activities.

Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Toy Review

The Zhu Zhu pet hamsters is an adorable toy that even I as an adult took a liking to. The kids are nuts about them. I guess it's as close to a real hamster without all the muss and fuss. It's an electronic teddy bear hamster - battery operated. They also make a hamster house and hamster toys to go with it.

Of the four different ones - each one has a different name: Mr. Squiggles, PipSqueek, Num Nums, and Chunk - our kids liked Mr. Squiggles the best - who knows why? They are playing with PipSqueek in the video below.

They come with a few accessory toys. They make a Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Funhouse (Hamsters Sold Separately)" that the kids can use with the toy. They kids are also playing with the Zhu Zhu Pets - Funhouse Set with Hamster

There is also a little ball that makes a rattling noise. Not too loud though. The kids are using Hamusuta the Happy Hamster in Ball in the video too.

They're quite cute. And you can see in the video how much kids enjoy them.




They also have a little carrier with a baby hamster blanket. It kind of reminds me of back when we used to get Barbie dolls and there was a host of accessories that you could get to make playing with it more fun.

I like the idea of some extras. They are sold separately - so we got to pick a few different ones for the kids. It was a huge hit!! Not too many tiny parts to get broken or lost - which was a relief. You just have to keep a nice supply of batteries handy though.

Amazon has them - which I prefer because I'd rather pay them to find it, package it, and deliver it to my door than me chase around town to find it.
